When we received a new order for linear light. The first thing to do is making a berakdown drawing for the power supply and linear light connection by our engineer, because this makes sure the stability of products and conveniences of the installation work. Definitely, if the order is for simple project or just standard linear light like 1.2 meters each, we would skip this step and directly go ahead.
Second, we prepare the materials for the new order and start the first time on quality control. Whether it is materials in stock or newly purchased materials, our people check them. Because this make sure that the defective materials don’t go into the new order and do harm to the quality of the linear lights.
Third, waiting for the production schedule coming, every worker are prepared in the production line and begin to produce the order. Some are in charge of assembling, some are soldering, some are testing and some are packing. They work together to make sure the order finished on time.
Finally, before shipping, we do aging test for every linear light for at least 4 hours to make sure it does work perfectly. There is uncertainty in electronics but we do everything to reduce it. Then your linear light order is coming to you after packing.
